QA/QC Introduction

Our company has taken the lead in passing "Three-system assessment" for ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHAS18001 in this industry. Besides, our company possess professional physical and chemical inspection lab and is equipped with X-ray detection system, ultrasonic detection system, hydraulic pressure test system, screen display universal hydraulic testing machine, photoelectric emission spectrum analyzer, drop-weight tear tester as well as carbon and sulfur microcomputer analyzer, etc. Meanwhile, we have formed a scientific and strict quality management system, which effectively and strictly guarantees the quality control of products from raw material to finished products.

Our company lays great emphasis on scientific management thought, and impetus of managerial approach in Practice. We are dedicated to excelsior management and production, implements zero defect management, 5S management, and creates Shengda brand by excelsior management and excellent quality.
